With ingredients and bottles sourced in France, Les Fumées is intentional about its design and the quality of its products. Our unisex fragrances are formulated to act pheromonically, presenting differently on each individual based on their unique chemistry, making them truly one of a kind.

Our Story

Les Fumées is a French-inspired luxury fragrance company based in Nashville. The name translates to “through the smoke,” a reference to the vapors through which scents are discovered.

Les Fumées’ debut collection is the result of years of independent research by founder and creative director Leah Sohr. Before launching her business in 2022, Leah spent hours in the dining room of her home, combining her favorite essential oils and aromatics in different ways and measures until she created formulas that were sensual and evoked positive memories of people, places and experiences in her life.

The result is six fragrances and six candles with scents designed for enjoying life. Whether you’re lounging on a sun-dappled tropical beach, taking a road trip through the south of France in a VW Van, or flirting on the dance floor during a wild disco night, Les Fumees has a fragrance perfect for the occasions that matter most.

Meet Leah

Leah Sohr has always had an artist's eye. From her early days as a buyer and merchandiser for luxury fashion brands to more recent forays into spatial design, Leah’s keen sense of style and attention to detail has long been a hallmark of her work. These traits combined with a lifelong fascination with scent inspired her to launch Les Fumées, using ingredients and vessels sourced in France, a country whose culture inspires her work and lifestyle.

Leah and her husband Jim live in Nashville, in a home that she designed. She finds the most inspiration on trips with her four daughters. 

Each scent has a different personality that is brought to life when it touches your skin.
